How to do the dance move from "Bang Bang Bang"
- Start by positioning yourself with your feet wide apart and rotatiing your body slightly to the left.
- Have your left hand in your pocket area and lift your right arm up in a fist. Pretend that you are pulling something back as if you're about to throw it.
- Next, whip your right arm forward. Avoid making it look like a punch or a very fast throw. Your whip movement should have some smoothness to it.
- Now, to make your move flow more, add a little rocking motion to it by putting more weight on your left foot when pulling back with your arm and putting more weight on your right foot as your throw your arm forward. When you sink your weight onto one foot, lightly lift your other foot off the ground to keep your body looking light and bouncy.
- Once you've got the arms and footwork down, we'll complete the movement by adding more movement to your upper body, First, add in a torso movement by rocking your chest forward each time you pull back and backward each time you throw your arm forward.
- Next, add in the head motion. Your head should be angled down towards the left. To prevent yourself from looking stiff, allow your head to be relaxed and bouncy as you move. Don't stiffen your neck muscles!
All done!
