How to do the Milly Rock:
- Start by doing a 2 step from side to side
- Then, for the first arm movement, you’re going to roll your forearms forward, one over the other (pretend you have a resistance band around your forearms and keep the arm roll motion nice and tight)
- The second arm movement is a “swipe” – basically, you’re going to bring your right arm up and out, and then swipe it across your chest in a large “C” shape, ending with your right hand on your left shoulder
- Now, let’s add the arms and feet together!
- When you step to the right, roll your forearms
- When you bring your left leg to meet your right leg, do the swipe motion
- Then, do the same thing on the other side – step to the left and roll your forearms
- Bring your right leg to meet your left leg and do the swipe motion with your left arm
That's it!
If a song with an extra fast beat comes on, you can also drop the forearm roll motion and just use the swipe as you 2 step. That’ll make it easier to execute your Milly Rock quickly.
