How to Twerk in a squat:
- To get into your starting squat position, stand with your legs and feet together, toes pointed outward making a “V” shape
- Now, bend your knees to drop into a squat and turn your knees out to the side so your legs are apart
- Bring your hands out to your knees to support your balance
- Next, tighten your lower back muscles, arch your back, and lift your booty upward
- Then, relax your back muscles and drop your booty back down
- Now, start doing the lift and drop motion twice as fast in order to Twerk
That's it!
Once you feel comfortable Twerking in this squat position, you can lift your arms above your head to further accentuate your curves!
