Welcome to STEEZY, Inc.’s (“STEEZY Studio”) Refer-a-Friend Program! These Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions apply to the Refer-a-Friend Program offered by STEEZY Studio and set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for participation in the Refer-a-Friend Program. Please read these Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in the Refer-a-Friend Program.
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to STEEZY Studio’s Terms of Use and STEEZY Studio’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as these Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions:
1. Qualified Referral
A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a purchase made at www.steezy.co by a person who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend Program link and meets the requirements below (a "Referred Customer"). You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. In order to be eligible for the Refer-a-Friend Program, you must have an existing account with STEEZY Studio.
2. Referred Customer
The Referred Customer may not be a current or previous customer of STEEZY Studio or a registered user of STEEZY Studio. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
3. Referral Rewards.
For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $40 in total value after deducting all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees (a “Qualified Order”).
4. Reward Credits
When your Referred Customer completes a Qualified Order, you will receive a credit of ten dollars ($10) to use towards your STEEZY Studio account (“Reward Credit”). The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 50 Qualified Referrals, and the maximum Reward Credit earned per calendar year may be no more than five hundred dollars ($500). As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash, and are nontransferable and not refundable. Your Reward Credits will not be granted, and may be revoked or deemed ineligible for redemption, if your STEEZY Studio account is closed before your Referred Customer completes a Qualified Order (or if the Referred Customer rescinds the that transaction or obtains a refund).
5. Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. STEEZY Studio’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in STEEZY Studio’s sole discretion.
6. No Spam
You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from STEEZY Studio’s Refer-a-Friend Program.
7. No misrepresentations
You agree that you will not attempt to mislead anyone in connection with the Referral Program. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fake accounts, profiles, links or messages.
8. No prohibited content
You agree that you will not use any defamatory, offensive, abusive or obscene content in connection with STEEZY Studio. This includes, but is not limited to, content that violates someone else’s privacy or harassing content.
9. No fraudulent activity
You agree not defraud or abuse, or attempt to defraud or abuse, anyone in connection with the Referral Program. You agree to not engage in any activity that may be fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative.
11. No misuse of STEEZY Studio’s content
You agree not to sell STEEZY Studio Referral links or create websites, email addresses or social media with STEEZY Studio’s name, images or content without STEEZY Studio’s express consent. STEEZY Studio’s content is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject STEEZY Studio or any of STEEZY Studio’s products or services to any authorization, registration, licensing or notification requirements within any jurisdictions outside those jurisdictions in which STEEZY Studio and its affiliates are licensed to operate.
12. Right to Close Accounts
If STEEZY Studio determines that Referrer or Referred Customer is attempting to obtain unfair advantage or otherwise violate the terms or spirit of the Refer-a-Friend Program or if Referrer or Referred Customer is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, STEEZY Studio reserves the right to: (a) revoke any rewards or incentives issued to either Referrer or Referred Customer and/or (b) charge the Referrer or Referred Customer for any rewards or incentives (1) used by Referrer or Referred Customer prior to such revocation or (2) issued by STEEZY Studio to any ineligible Referrer or Referred Customer.
13. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
STEEZY Studio reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion, and will not be liable in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Refer-a-Friend Program. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited upon any such cancellation or change (if applicable).
